1. Our banners are for party’s / fun times etc
NOT for an offensive / aggressive nature or anything polictical
We will not design/print anything that is of an offensive / aggressive nature.
2. We only allow the number of personal photo’s as described.
NO solid colour backgrounds on any of our laminated banners ie black red etc, but allowed on our PVC banners
3×2 foot banner = upto one personal photo
6×2 foot banner = upto two personal photo’s
8×2 foot banner = upto four personal photo’s
10×2 foot = upto six personal photo’s
Please email us for a quote to add extra personal photo’s
3. Due to the time taken to design our banners
We only allow upto one free change/design in total for all our banners.
Extra designs charged at £2.50 per design.
Which must be paid for before extra designs are created.
Due to our banners etc are personalised with customers photo’s / wording etc
We cannot issue a refund as we Whatsapp or email etc all of our customers a sample for their approval before we print.
4. All banners must be paid for before we design/print.You can either pay by calling us or we can send you an invoice
5. Once paid we will design a banner from what you have explained to us. For instance “a unicorn theme for Amy age 3. We will then send you a sample of the design via whatsapp or email etc. We then allow upto one free change if required. If for some reason you are still not satisfied with the second free design. We charge £2.50 per design due to the time taken to create / alter the design.
6. We always email our customers a tracking number for their banner parcels.
We are not held responsible for any delay in time taken for your parcel to arrive.
Postage is UK mainland only.Please amail us for a quote for anywhere else.
